2009 MCFD1 Open House

Marion County Fire District No.1 hosted its annual Open House event on Monday, September 21, 2009 at Station 1, 300 Cordon Rd NE. This year’s event was attended by approximately 1,000 community residents; the highest attendance ever. The annual Open House included information about public safety and fire prevention, tours of the fire engines and ambulances, and a visit from both Reach and Life Light medical helicopters. Children at the event enjoyed face painting, a coloring station, bounce house, snow cones and more. We hope that you will join us again next year for this annual fun-filled event!
